Definitions
"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Card Hunters UK reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Card Hunters UK works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is not always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mistake.
Delivery
Delivery charges vary based on order weight and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. All orders will only be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24. All Royal Mail Tracked 48 options are free of charge. Royal Mail Tracked 24 charges vary depending on weight per order (up to 2kg £2.99, up to 10kg £5.95 and up to 20kg £10.95). Card Hunters UK is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and any estimated delivery times displayed are only as an indication.
Card Hunters UK will deliver to the delivery address provided by you the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Card Hunters UK does not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Card Hunters UK may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
Payment
PayPal - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Credit/Debit Cards - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund less any imposed charges made by the payment processing companies. If your order is in processing, it is already in the process of being picked and packed, we may not be able to get to it in time. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to email details of your return and await our response. This does not affect any rights you have; it's a process we follow.
Card Hunters UK reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
Liability
Card Hunters UK does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Card Hunters UK will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 28 days of purchase as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packing. Kindly contact our customer service team who will deal with this and issue a returns document.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or you receive an incorrect item kindly contact our customer service team who will deal with this and issue a returns document.
Please note that any postage incurred in delivering items to the customer or returning the items to us will not be refunded. Refunds will be made less any payment processing fee.
In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, please contact us and our experienced customer service team will sort it out for you immediately.
